Can someone PLEASE,PLEASE explain to me how to know what running processes I can end?I currently have 53 running on start up.Also I have no idea (under the netstate)what programs I can safely terminate without messing up my computer.I am counting 12.I just know this is slowing my computer down,am i right?Am I wrong?Is this normal?Any help at all would be very much appreciated.THANX!

При при перезагрузки (загрузке) компьютера сообщение каждый раз повторяется. Как сделать чтобы программа запомнила изменения в автозагрузке и сообщение больше от этой новой программе не появлялось?
